Pyrite Holdings specialises in facilitating “Worldwide Project funding”. Initially we conduct our in-house due-diligence and get a full understanding from the project owner as to what their requirements are. Once the project has been signed off by us, we present this to one of our funding partners who will then review and confirm their decision as to proceed with formal discussions with the project owner.
Unlike many other Companies We DO NOT charge any upfront fees and we DO Not offer any financial advice we simply act as the liaison between Project Owner and Project Funders. There are no 3rd party companies requesting High fees as we work with our Partners directly and we do not utilise Pension Funds or complicated drawn-out processes. Our Partners are Private individuals thus allowing for quick funding resolutions. We are constantly being given projects to review however Sustainable and Eco-Friendly Projects will always be of preference. In conjunction with our Funding Partners, we have the capability to fund projects between 50Million – 3 Billion Sterling or equivalent.
